I work along the entire project cycle – from early ideas and concept notes to full proposals, implementation support, AI-assisted analysis and independent evaluations.
Support in developing sound project concepts and complete proposal packages that meet donor requirements – enriched, where helpful, with AI-generated drafts and structures.
Development of practice-oriented curricula, training modules and didactic concepts for TVET and skills development programmes – including digital and blended formats.
Design of M&E systems and implementation of mid-term or final evaluations, combining qualitative and quantitative methods with careful, transparent use of AI tools.
Good consulting is a joint process. I work in a structured way, keep you informed throughout and deliver results that your team and partners can actually use – whether or not AI is involved.
We clarify objectives, context and expectations. Based on this, you receive a transparent offer outlining scope, timeline and fees – plus how AI-supported tools could (or should not) be used.
Depending on the assignment, this may include document review, stakeholder interviews and short online workshops. AI tools can support tasks such as summarising, structuring or clustering information – always with human oversight.
Drafts (e.g. proposals, curricula, M&E concepts, reports) are iteratively refined with your team. AI-generated text is used, if at all, as a starting point – never as a black box, and always adapted to your voice and standards.
You receive clear, well-structured documents and, if needed, support in presenting them to decision makers or partners. We can also reflect on how AI-supported workflows worked and improve them.

I have worked for more than 20 years in the fields of vocational education and training, skills development and international cooperation – in assignments for and with development partners, ministries and education institutions.
My work combines analytical depth with practical feasibility: concepts should not just read well, they need to work in real TVET systems – for learners, teachers, companies and partners on the ground.
Where it makes sense, I complement this with AI-supported tools – for example for research, drafting, transcription or qualitative analysis. The goal is never to replace professional judgement, but to free up time and attention for what really matters.
