Research and professional evidence

Publications and academic background.

Selected research complements international consulting practice and supports an evidence-informed approach to TVET, education reform and digital learning.

Academic background

Education, philosophy and digital media.

Dr. Michael Grosch holds a PhD in Education, awarded magna cum laude by Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and an M.A. in Education, Philosophy and Musicology.

His background includes research and teaching at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, an international publication record in education and digital media, policy advisory experience and an Honorary Professorship at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg.

This academic foundation informs consulting work without turning it into an academic exercise: the purpose is to ask better questions, distinguish evidence from assumption and produce recommendations that institutions can use.
