Experience across systems, institutions and implementation.
My work spans education policy and systems analysis, programme and curriculum design, teacher and trainer development, implementation support, evaluation and applied research. I have led multidisciplinary assignments and worked with government agencies, universities, TVET institutions and development partners across diverse country contexts.
Through the ICE Innovation Lab, I use and test AI intensively in day-to-day consulting practice—exploring both its practical value and its limitations for evidence analysis, Labour Market Information, Skills Intelligence and international education.
