International TVET consulting

TVET systems and skills development.

Advisory support for development partners, ministries and education institutions working on vocational education, workforce development and the links between training systems and labour-market demand.

Scope of work

From system analysis to implementable reform.

TVET reform succeeds when policy, institutional capacity, occupational demand, teaching practice and implementation conditions are considered together. My work therefore combines system-level analysis with concrete standards, curricula, tools and capacity development.

Assignments may involve national or regional TVET systems, individual institutions, sector programmes or cross-country initiatives. The emphasis is on recommendations that decision-makers and education providers can translate into realistic action.
